Rising melodic hip hop and alternative duo YN Drako (Winston-Salem, NC) and 507 Pacino (Rochester, MN) are making waves with their newest release, Toxic Love—a raw, emotional dive into the cycle of toxic relationships. With distinct backgrounds and shared passion, the two artists bring an authentic, genre-blurring energy to today’s hip hop scene.

For YN Drako, music has always been in his blood. Growing up around the entertainment world thanks to his father, MMA coach Chris Clodfelter, Drako turned to music as an emotional outlet. Influenced by the cinematic sound of bands like Skillet and the grit of underground legends like Denzel Curry, his sound is both powerful and personal.

507 Pacino found his voice through poetry. Wordplay and storytelling came naturally, with artists like Eminem sparking his love for raw expression and lyrical depth. Now, that same honesty drives his music—poetry in motion, backed by bold, melodic production.

Together, they’ve already racked up accomplishments. Drako has collaborated with heavy hitters like Danny Towers and Dro Kenji, while Pacino has performed live across Minnesota, with his debut EP The Origin hitting over 15,000 streams in its first month.

With Toxic Love, they confront the familiar patterns of love gone wrong, delivering a track that’s as vulnerable as it is vibey. “Hopefully it ends up on your playlist,” they joke—but the quality and emotion behind the song are no laughing matter.

Looking forward, fans can expect more. YN Drako is currently developing Nocturnal Vol. 2, while 507 Pacino is set to drop his next EP Vertigo, led by the single Jimmy Dean coming October 24th.

Driven by growth, honesty, and connection, YN Drako & 507 Pacino are carving out a space that’s uniquely theirs—and they’re just getting started
